Elite Beach Volleyball Club EVALUATIONS

• It's that time of year again and we can't wait to get back on the sand! We are limiting our tryouts to 32 athletes per session. Both days will have multiple sessions for all age groups, pick the one that works best for you. Each athlete will be evaluated by Elite Beach coaching staff and will be selected for the program the best fits their ability and skill level.

We also have some amazing elementary programs this year that do not require an evaluation and you can register NOW!! 

Beach Buddies is a great introduction for current 1st - 5th graders to the FUNdamentals of beach volleyball and NO EXPERIENCE is needed! 

Beach Ballerz is for athletes currently in 4th - 5th grades and have at least 1 year of beach volleyball training. 

Both our Buddies and Ballerz programs do not require your athlete to be evaluated. These 8-week summer programs will get them prepared to play on our competitive Elite Juniors program in the future and will lay a foundation to continue to build upon!

TRYOUT AGE CLASSIFICATIONS: Athletes will be evaluated and placed based off of their grade for the 2025/2026 school year. For example, current 6th graders will be evaluated and placed into groups with current 6th and 7th graders (this would be our MS session). Current 8th graders will be evaluated and placed into groups with current high school athletes (this would be our HS session).

HS: Current 8th - 12th grades

MS: Current 6th & 7th grades

Juniors: Current 4th & 5th grades

SATURDAY MARCH 22nd

HS (Girls):                9:00am - 10:30am

MS (Girls):                10:30am - 12:00pm

Juniors (Both):        1:00pm - 2:30pm

MS/HS (BOYS):           2:30pm - 4:00pm

SATURDAY MARCH 29th

MS (Girls):              1:30pm - 3:00pm

Juniors (Both):       3:00pm - 4:30pm

MS (Girls):               4:30pm - 6:00pm

HS (Girls):               6:00pm - 7:30pm

MAKEUP DATES

Please select the make-up option on the registration form. Based on the number of athletes we will either have a 3rd evaluation day or will evaluate your athlete during a spring practice.

EVALUATION PAYMENT: $25

In order to staff our evaluation sessions to ensure that your athlete gets evaluated properly, we need to know the number athletes that will ACTUALLY be present the day of evaluations. Therefore, there is a $25 tryout fee that must be PRE-paid in order to secure your athlete's spot. If you need to change dates or times please just let us know and we will work with you to do so. Payment should be made ASAP to secure your athlete's spot and can be made via:

• Venmo (@MichaelDeRaffaele) or Cash App ($EliteBeach), our preferred methods.
• Check made payable to Elite Beach Volleyball
• Credit Card invoice via email (a 3% processing fee will be added). 

EVALUATION DATE INFORMATION

Please arrive early the day of evaluation. We will open check-in 20 minutes before the start of your session. We REQUIRE one parent or guardian to stay for a short informational meeting and to go over club details. 

We will have gear to try on so that you can order the proper size once your athelte is placed in a session. Please do this BEFORE or AFTER your athelte's selected session.

Please wear sunscreen and bring water. Tryout attire consists of shorts, bikers or leggings and tank top or t-shirt. You will be provided a number for tryouts. No swimwear allowed.  We look forward to seeing you on the beach. If you have any questions please email us at info@elitebeachvb.com.
